Last 4th of March, the World Engineering Day 2023 (WED2023) was celebrated across the globe with the theme Engineering Innovation For a More Resilient World by many engineering institutions, businesses, UN bodies and social groups.
The 4th March celebration took place after the 2 day-conference “Engineering: the cities of the future” that was organized by IIE, the Instituto de la Ingeniería de España, on 2 and 3 March in Madrid.
The Instituto de la Ingeniería de España published the Summary Report of the WED 2023 event “Engineering: the cities of the future” (available in English and Spanish), which summarizes the key highlights, discussions, and most relevant conclusions of the conference.
