On 24 October 2025, the President of WFEO, Seng Chuan Tan, and the Rector of the United Nations University (UNU), Prof. Tshilidzi Mazwala, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to enhance collaboration in advancing education, research, and capacity development in engineering and technology.
This partnership will foster joint initiatives that promote sustainable development, innovation, and knowledge sharing—empowering engineers and institutions worldwide to build a more resilient and inclusive future.
Together, WFEO and UNU are committed to supporting the next generation of engineers to address global challenges through science, technology, and education.
