Garima Bhatia, Chair WGSE
Dr. Garima Bhatia works as a Senior Systems Engineer at Ford Motor Company, where she leads systems engineering efforts for the suspension system of the F-150 and the electrified powertrain of the hybrid F-250 pickup trucks.
Her work involves developing vehicle architecture, applying descriptive modeling for DFMEAs, and driving improvements through systems engineering approaches.
Dr. Bhatia holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Iowa State University, and a Bachelor of Technology in Aerospace Engineering from India.
