The 2025 United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC3) will be held from 9 to 13 June 2025, in Nice, France.
UNOC3 will be focused on “Accelerating action and mobilising all actors to conserve and sustainably use the ocean”.
This conference aims to support the implementation of Sustainable Development Goal 14, which focuses on conserving and sustainably using the oceans, seas, and marine resources for sustainable development. It is co-organized by the governments of France and Costa Rica and is expected to gather over 80 heads of state and thousands of participants.
