 e opportunities for up-and-coming engineers by fostering collaborations wi
 th organizations both within and outside the WFEO that directly serve risi
 ng engineers or have a direct engineering student base.\n\nThe goal of the
 se collaborations is to provide up-and-coming engineers with access to qua
 lity resources and platforms for them to kickstart their careers and gain 
 exposure to a variety of engineering-related experiences that can mold the
 ir interests and job prospects.\n\nProject Catalyst is a globally recogniz
 ed organization dedicated to serving students from diverse backgrounds in 
 the fields of biotechnology and engineering. Mission is to promote equity 
 and inclusion in STEM education\, providing a platform for students to thr
 ive and succeed in their chosen disciplines. By offering a range of educat
