SUMMARY:UNIDO Industrial Development Board meeting 2025
DESCRIPTION:\n\nThe fifty-third session of the UNIDO Industrial Development
  Board will take place from 30 June to 3 July 2025\, in Vienna\, Austria. 
 \n\nWFEO will participate in the meeting with the presence of three of its
  representatives:\n\nMustafa B. Shehu\, President of WFEO\nDr Ania Lopez\,
  Executive Vice-president of WFEO\nDr Nahla Al Qasimi\, Member of the Exec
 utive Council\n\n\nUNIDO is a specialized agency of the United Nations wit
 h a unique mandate to promote\, dynamize and accelerate industrial develop
 ment.  \n\nOur mandate is reflected in Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 
 9: “Build resilient infrastructure\, promote inclusive and sustainable i
 ndustrialization and foster innovation”\, but UNIDO’s activities contr
 ibute to all the SDGs. \n\nUNIDO’s vision is a world without poverty and
  hunger\, where industry drives low-emission economies\, improves living s
 tandards\, and preserves the livable environment for present and future ge
 nerations\, leaving no one behind. \n\nThe 21st session of the General Con
 ference of UNIDO will be held as the Global Industry Summit 2025\, from 23
  to 27 November 2025\, in Riyadh\, Saudi Arabia.
