DESCRIPTION:\n\nThe 2023 Future Designer International Innovation Design Aw
 ards (IIDA) & Science for SDGs Innovation Contest is co-organized by UNESC
 O and the IIDA Organizing Committee\, carried out by the UNESCO-UNITRAIN Y
 outh Competence Development Project\, supported by the Organizing Committe
 e of National College Digital Art & Design Awards (NCDA).\n\nThe contest w
 ill solicit innovation and creative works from young people around the wor
 ld to raise awareness of and advocate for the important role of Science\, 
 Engineering and STEM in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
 .\n\nDeadline: 30 September 2023\n\nDo you have an idea for an original de
 sign which advocates for sustainable development while addressing the pres
 sing challenges facing our world\, such as environmental degradation and b
 iodiversity loss\, climate change\, food and water insecurity or energy po
 verty? Are you a secondary school pupil or undergraduate or graduate stude
 nt at university? If you fulfil these criteria\, we encourage you to apply
  for the 2023 Future Designer International Innovation Design Awards and S
 cience for the Sustainable Development Goals Innovation Contest.\n\n\n\nYo
 ur innovative design will be evaluated by a distinguished panel of judges 
 consisting of renowned professors and industry experts from various countr
 ies.\n\nThe winners will be announced on 31 October 2023.\n\nThe winners
 ’ achievements will then be celebrated at an award ceremony taking place
  in late 2023 at which UNESCO and the Organizing Committee for the Interna
 tional Innovation Design Awards will present certificates to honour the re
 markable talents that emerge from this contest.\n\nThis first edition of t
 he contest is being implemented with the UNESCO-UNITRAIN Youth Competence
