 and industry leaders from BRICS countries to share insights\, to foster pr
 agmatic cooperation in the field of engineering and to make BRICS a pionee
 r force for driving the reform of global governance. \n\nThe congress host
 ed by Harbin Institute of Technology under the guidance of Chinese Society
  of Engineers (CSE) will focus on important topics like:\n\nengineering ed
 ucation\,\ncore competencies of engineers and international recognition\, 
 \ncontinuing professional development of engineers\, and \ntechnological i
