DESCRIPTION:\n\nThe Institution of Engineers of Kenya (IEK) in collaboratio
 n with the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK)\, is organizing the 30th IEK Ann
 ual International Convention themed “Engineering A New World” to be he
 ld from the 14th to 17th November 2023 at the PrideInn Paradise Beach Reso
 rt Convention Centre and Spa in Mombasa. The 6th Women Engineers Summit th
 emed "Beyond Excellence: The Future of Women in Engineering” and the 2nd
  Future Leaders Summit and Expo themed “Future Leaders Fostering Positiv
 e Impact”\, will be held on the 14th of November 2023 during the first  
 day of the convention.\n\nThe registration is available in this page.\n\nD
 uring the same period\, Kenya will play host to the 18th World Council of 
 Civil Engineers (WCCE) General Assembly. The World Council of Civil Engine
 ers (WCCE) is a global platform of civil engineering societies\, civil eng
 ineering-related companies\, non-governmental organizations related to civ
 il engineering\, academic institutions\, and individual professional civil
  engineers. Therefore\, this year’s convention is expected to draw atten
 dees from across the globe including all Presidents of the Engineering Pro
 fessional bodies in Africa\, representatives from the World Federation of 
 Engineering Organizations (WFEO)\, the Federation of African Engineering O
 rganizations (FAEO)\, and the World Council of Civil Engineers (WCCE). \n\
 nMore than 4\,000 local and 400 foreign delegates including policymakers\,
  academic researchers\, and Kenyan Engineers will convene at the Conventio
 n. The purpose of this letter is to extend our invitation to you to partic
 ipate in the convention as a delegate as it is a valuable knowledge-sharin
 g forum that will contribute to your professional development.
