Contribution of Engineers to Development: Past, Present and Future
This year, the Institution of Engineers, Mauritius (IEM) is celebrating its 70th anniversary.
In the wake of the celebrations, IEM is organising the International Conference “Contribution of Engineers to Development: Past, Present and Future” to showcase the achievements and exciting innovations being generated across the world and in Mauritius where engineers have contributed to the economic, social and environmental development of the country.
We encourage engineers and scholars to submit their work to this event which will both demonstrate past contributions and set the tone for challenges awaiting future generations in the quest for achieving economic growth.
Papers may be drawn from a range of sectors, but are not limited to:
- ICT (Information Communication Technology)
- Engineering Education
- Waste Management
